Bia Embodied Policy

The policies at Bia Embodied are in place to create a consistent, safe, and enjoyable experience for both clients and instructors. They help ensure smooth operations, provide clarity on expectations, and allow us to maintain the highest quality of service. These guidelines support our goal of fostering an empowering and welcoming environment while also prioritizing safety, fairness, and mutual respect for everyone involved.

Terms and conditions Membership Autopay BUYING CLASS CREDITS AND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION When you buy class credits, memberships, or packages from Bia Embodied, you agree to our terms and conditions in full. Clients may elect to keep a credit card on file using their Bia Embodied account. By placing a card on file, the cardholder and account holder permits Bia Embodied staff to charge the card for any in-studio purchases made by the client unless the client provides an alternate form of payment. BOOKING A CLASS Online bookings are required for all classes and appointments. To book a class at Bia Embodied you must create an account and purchase a credit for a single class, a class package, or a monthly membership. Class CANCELLATIONS Fees and Conditions At Bia Embodied, we host small classes to ensure that every client receives personalized attention. Out of respect for community members on the waitlist, we have a strict cancellation policy in place. If you need to cancel your spot in class, you must cancel 12 hours before your scheduled class Please note that all cancellations or changes received via email are not valid. All cancellations or changes must be managed online at least 12 hours prior to your booking to avoid forfeiting your credit and being charged a fee. • Early cancellations: Changes made before 12 hours of the booking time are considered early cancellations and are eligible for a full credit. Late cancellations: Changes made within 12 hours of the booking time are considered late cancellations. Late cancellations are not eligible for a credit or refund • No-shows: If you miss an in-person reservation and do not cancel the booking, this is a no- show. No-shows are not eligible for a credit or refund. FEES Fees are established out of respect for our waitlisted clients and implemented to ensure that when one of our members reserves a spot, there is full intention of attending the class. No Show Fee: $25 Late Cancel Fee: $15 Penalty fees are automatically applied to the card on file for no show or cancellation outside of the 12 hour cancellation window. We do not give refunds or return credits for any classes that you miss. ARRIVAL TIME Please arrive 5 minutes early for a smooth check-in experience. LATE ARRIVALS Please note that we can only hold your spot for up to 5 minutes after the class starts as a courtesy. After the 5-minute grace period, you will not be allowed to enter the studio for safety reasons. We do not give refunds or return credits for any classes that you miss
